- Ingredients for a fragrant curry roti 3-4 personen/15 min: • 400 gr (vegetarian) chicken breast • 2 tsps oil • 1 jar of Rosita's Kerrie Saus • 1 pack of Rosita's Rotis • 250 gr pre-cooked new potatoes • 2 hard-boiled eggs • 250 gr French green beans (or yardlong beans) Put on some music and allow yourself to be seduced by the spicy scents & flavors. 1. Cook the French green beans (or yardlong beans) al dente. 2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken cubes until browned on all sides. 3. Add the curry sauce to the pan, along with the potatoes and simmer for about 7 minutes until the chicken cubes are cooked through. Finally, add the French green beans (or yardlong beans) and mix through the sauce. 4. Warm up the rotis and slice the eggs. Divide the sauce over the rotis and finish with the egg slices. Enjoy! Tip: replace the chicken with whitefish, jackfruit or tofu and serve with rice.
